Pop-up contrast therapy for our community across Cyprus.
9 Waves' mission is to make hot and cold therapy accessible and awesome across stunning Cyprus.
Irish sauna culture has taught us the steam and frost just hit different when the surroundings are next level.
Join our community and shape where our wood-fired Swedish saunas and SUP-material ice baths pop up. You are fire and ice. You are 9 Waves.
Six days to step away from your usual routine, spend more time outside, move your body and enjoy a slower way of living.
Hike. Move. Swim. Sauna. Cold plunge.
You were here when it all began; soon we'll be dropping the first events and locations around Cyprus.
Become an OG 9-Waver and we'll make sure you get especially steamy treatment with discounts, early access and more.

First customers get a warm welcome from us — reach out and let's talk.
Are you a health, wellness or holiday facility looking to offer contrast therapy without investing upfront in permanent spa infrastructure?
We handle setup, takedown and the full guest experience. You attract new clients and unlock a new revenue stream — we agree a commercial arrangement that works for both parties.
If demand is strong, we also work with professionals in Cyprus who can build permanent hot and cold solutions to consolidate what you've started with 9 Waves.
Let's talk about what works for your venue.
Official 9 Waves reseller pricing. All prices include VAT, shipping and delivery to Cyprus.
Our sauna tents are the pre-loved stars of 9 Waves pop-up events — and after a season of incredible sessions, we sell them on at big discounts. Typical savings of €500+ on complete plug-and-play sauna setups, everything included and ready to fire up.
